How Culture Genesis handles personal information on this website — what we collect, who processes it, and how to have it removed.
This website does not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party marketing pixels. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not sell personal information. The only personal information we receive is what you type into one of our forms and send to us deliberately.
Culture Genesis, Inc. ("Culture Genesis", "we", "us") operates culturegenesis.com and is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

The site has three forms, and each asks only for what it needs. The media-kit request asks for your name, company and work email. The contact form asks for your name, email and a message. The CG Collective application asks for your name, email and your YouTube or social URL. We receive this only when you submit the form.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL and timestamp — for security and to keep the service running. We do not combine these logs with form submissions to identify individual visitors.
No analytics platform, tag manager, advertising pixel, session recorder, or cross-site tracker is installed on this site. We do not use cookies to measure performance or to advertise to you.
We store a single value in your browser's local storage, cg_cookie_consent, which records that you have seen and dismissed our site notice. It contains no identifier, it is not sent to our servers, and it is not shared with anyone. You can clear it at any time through your browser's site-data controls.
Cloudflare Turnstile (see below) loads on every page and may set its own storage in order to tell humans from bots.
We rely on a small number of processors. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:
Some pages embed images hosted by YouTube and Google (for example creator channel artwork). Because your browser fetches those files directly, those providers can see your IP address and the page you are viewing. We do not control their processing; their own privacy policies apply.
To reply to your enquiry, to send the media kit you asked for, to evaluate applications to the CG Collective, and to keep the site secure. We do not use it for automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent it.
We keep business correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR in the UK and EEA, and the CCPA/CPRA in California — you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

This site is aimed at advertisers, agencies and creators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Culture Genesis is based in the United States, and our processors may handle information there. Where information is transferred out of the UK or EEA, we rely on the appropriate safeguards required by law.
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date above.
